Mexican Black Bean Soup Mix:
Black beans, onion flakes, ground coriander, ground cumin, celery seeds, garlic powder, ground ginger, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, thyme, chilli powder.
Customise with your favourite Bone Broth Guy variety of bone broth - rich chicken, hearty beef or vegetable umami (broth not included)
Soak. In a medium sized pot, add the soup mix, one tub of bone broth (750ml) and 4 - 6 cups of water. Cook for 2 to 2.5 hours stove-top or 60 minutes in a pressure cooker, until tender. Once done, season with salt & pepper to taste. For a creamy texture, carefully blend half of the cooked soup until smooth. Take your bone broth soup to the next level by topping with avo, fresh coriander, yogurt, chargrilled corn, tortilla chips and lemon.
