Pre-mixed dry soup packs - just add your favourite broth for a delicious soup or stew
Split Pea Soup Mix:
Dried split peas, onion flakes, garlic powder, dried parsley, ground black pepper, celery seeds, thyme, bay leaves
Customise with your favourite Bone Broth Guy variety of bone broth - rich chicken, hearty beef or vegetable umami (broth not included)
In a medium sized pot, add the soup mix, one tub of bone broth (750ml) and 4 - 6 cups of water. Cook for 1 hour stove-top or 30 minutes in a pressure cooker, until tender. Once done, season with salt & pepper to taste. For a creamy texture, carefully blend half of the cooked soup until smooth. Take your bone broth soup to the next level by topping with crispy bacon, pickled red onion, olive oil and sour cream.
