DELIVERY

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

We ship nationawide in South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated using the My Courier plugin.

Standard delivery is FREE for orders totalling R1000.00 or more.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 3 - 7 working days.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

For any orders that have not shipped yet, it is possible to change the delivery address. Please email "info@bonebrothguy.co.za"

It is not possible to change the region / province that delivery is addressed to.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

Please contact "info@bonebrothguy.co.za" for any orders that were not fulfilled according to your satisfaction.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Yes - please contact "info@bonebrothguy.co.za" immediately after placing your order and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.
