I like the new portions, and I love that it’s shelf stable, but it seems thinner and less gelatinous than the old frozen broth.

There was no gelatin in the broth; it was fluid when refrigerated, when it should have had a bit of a jelly-like consistency.

The delivey was swift in my opinion especially for where I live. I ordered bone broth to help me recover after my arm surgery along with the aftercare that I am receiving. It's really convenient and the pricing for what you get is amazing when you order 12 packs if you take into consideration buying the ingredients and doing all of that effort yourself, ordering good quality bone is especially appealing after an arm surgery. It tastes good in my opinion . You need to add your salt and dilute it if you are not used to the 'bone broth taste' however that is the case with every bone broth out there. It is not salted too much so that you can add it to soups and stews as an additive without needing to worry about your dish becoming overy salty.
